Festive Wreaths for the Holidays
Where has time gone? Did you all-of-a-sudden find yourself in a holiday whirl-wind and wonder how we got here so fast? I sure did! Wow! I just got home from a nice little vacation and now I'm off to shop for Thanksgiving and I jut realized I need to start thinking of Christmas presents and decor... yup! I'm one of those slackers this year... but I am working on a few holiday gift guides which I shall post later. For now, here are some lovely ideas for ways to use different wreaths. One thing is for sure, I love to use wreaths in my holiday decor! These are a few of my faves. Hope you have a wonderful day!

Don't y'all just love fall? I love everything about it except for one thing...
it means that winter is around the corner. I wish that fall would last 4-5 months.
It is so perfect. Temperature, clothing, food, holidays, sports, etc.

Do you have any fun plans for the weekend?
Whatever you do I hope you have a great time.
We have a camp out with friends, family picnic in Mountains at Sundance,
and then, of course, the BBQ + fireworks on the 4th.
I was telling my kiddos about the beginning of this nation in the car the other day,
and then we had a "quiz" afterward with reward candy...
but it reminded me of really how grateful I am for our nation and for our history.
I'm especially thankful for the remarkable people throughout history that have
dedicated their lives to this nation, its purpose, its people, and its future.
God Bless America and all of you!

Tablescapes: Gwyneth Paltrow + Remodelista & Lunch in London
This is long overdue, but considering that it still feels like
early spring in these-here-parts,
I feel that I can still post an Easter-ish post... ahhemm, especially this one.
I meant to post this last month, but my month got away from me.
After you take a lookie at these gorgeous photos,
you'll see why I couldn't resist to still post.
They collaborated on a spring table setting in London. The concept?
A fresh take on traditional, with a palette of white, pale pink, lilac, robin's egg blue,
and a bit of black here and there.
